2 women found dead in sunken car that plunged off ferry, police say

Two individuals are dead after their vehicle tumbled off a ship and dove into the waters between Florida’s Miami Beach and Fisher Island.

The Miami-Dade Police Department said the episode occurred on Tuesday around 4 p.m. neighborhood time, as the Fisher Island Ferry was moving vehicles from the island. A blue 2019 Mercedes Benz with two ladies inside went over the edge and soaked in Government Cut, a 50-foot-profound artificial delivery channel.

Jumpers from the Miami Dade Fire Rescue just as the Miami-Dade Police Department propelled an inquiry and in the long run found the indented vehicle late that night with two lethargic ladies inside.

Police reported early Wednesday morning that the vehicle and the two perished people had been recouped. The clinical analyst will decide the reasons for death, police said.

The personalities of the exploited people have not yet been discharged.

“The United States Coast Guard will direct an oceanic occurrence examination, and the Miami-Dade Police Department will lead the passing examination,” police representative Alvaro Zabaleta said in an announcement Wednesday.

Miami Beach Mayor Dan Gelber posted an announcement on Facebook, considering the occurrence a “loathsome disaster.”
